DESCRIPTION:The Department of Licenses and Inspections -Inspections Safety and Compliance Division\, will conduct a webinar on the residential new construction pilot program. \n\n\n\nL&I ISC is launching a pilot program in January 2027 that will introduce preconstruction meetings for residential new construction projects with the potential to impact adjacent properties.\n\n\n\nVisit our website to view the Project Information Form\, which must be submitted in advance of the meeting\, and the Preconstruction Meeting Agenda for an overview of meetings.\n\n\n\nThis session will include an overview of the program's scope and intent\, applicable projects and participants\, roles and responsibilities\, and program workflow. *** Attendees may receive 1 hour of continuing education credit.
