Philadelphia Dept of Licenses and Inspections is launching an upgraded eCLIPSE user interface designed to make the system easier to use.  The new design offers a modern look, full mobile-friendly functionality on smartphones and tablets, and enhanced accessilbity that meets WCAG 2.0 standards.  Q&A to answer questions that users may have in navigating the updated eCLIPSE permit and license application system.
