Director Member Services

Maryetta joined the M&SCA in December 2012. Serving as the in-house accountant for the M&SCA along with record keeping responsiblities for the NCPWB, support for meetings, events and committee work, Maryetta brings her extensive experience in the construction and real estate industries including finance, administrative management and sales. Maryetta is also a NJ licensed Realtor.

Prior to joining the M&SCA, Maryetta resided in Wildwood Crest, NJ where she worked in residential real estate and construction and served on the Cape May County Board of Realtors’ Ethics/Grievance Committee from 2005 – 2011.

Executive Vice President

Jim Dougherty has joined the M&SCA of Eastern PA as Executive Vice President. Jim is a lifetime resident of Southeastern PA and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bucknell University. Jim's 20 plus years in Mechanical Construction include project engineer, project manager, account manager, and capital construction manager roles, most recently with Nooter Construction. Jim served as President of National Certified Pipe Welding Bureau Chapter 9 and is the current treasurer of NCPWB Board of Trustees. Jim is a graduate of the MCAA Advanced Leadership Institute.

Jim has a long-standing involvement with his township's youth athletic program as President of the league and as a Coach. 

Education Manager

Nicole has joined M&SCA of Eastern PA as the Education Manager. Nicole pursued a degree in Special Education and Secondary English Education from West Chester University of Pennsylvania. Through this, Nicole discovered her passion for educational and professional development. For the past three years, Nicole worked as a public-school Special Education English teacher in Bucks County
