What value can your company bring to M&SCA Contractors?: Advanced Specialty Contractors has been servicing Central Pennsylvania, Delaware, and New Jersey areas, for over 50 years. During this time, we have developed a great working relationship with the local union membership and feel this gives us a “VALUE ADDED” quality when working with our customers.
We are a signed local contractor, and as a result, have working knowledge of the members of local union labor. We have been able to attract and keep the most highly qualified & productive members of the respective local on our staff. Particularly, we believe we have the key foreman in the local currently on our payroll, and we will bring this leadership to the workplace to enhance the quality and efficiency of the project.
One of Advanced’s core beliefs is the necessity of being a safe contractor. We strive for zero accidents and will bring that attitude and our excellent safety record to your project. We continually train our foreman and workers to enhance safety performance, including job specific requirements.
What are some of your latest offerings?: Within the last two years we brought our Paintings and Coatings division to the area. We can now provide full SIPA services on a local basis.
How has being an Allied Member helped your business?: Participating in the M&SCA events and trainings has allowed us to spend more time with the people we work with. It has allowed our people to learn all sides of our business and get to know a great group of men and women!
