About Us

At SDA Mechanical Services Inc. we proudly provide an array of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing services based on individual customer needs. We offer the following services: Preplanned maintenance agreements to minimize equipment down time, extend equipment life, and lower operating costs. Our fully staffed service department will respond to your needs on a same day basis. HVAC, electrical, plumbing repair, installation, water treatment and system balancing are all provided by our fully trained service mechanics. We offer 24 hours a day, 7 days a week service. We replace equipment such as rooftop units, split systems, heat pumps, cooling towers, chillers, boilers, etc. Personnel are available to design, install, and maintain building automation systems from the simplest time clock to complete DDC computer monitoring. We provide trained staff to handle critical cooling needs including telecommunications, computer, operating rooms, etc. We also offer indoor air quality assessments, with certified reports, from simple housekeeping and maintenance to equipment and design changes if necessary. Mechanical Construction Managements ''MCM provides the customer with access to preliminary design selecting input, budgeting, final design, and construction.
