WImi Initiative 

 M&SCA of E. PA. is thrilled to relaunch the M&SCA WiMi Initiative, in collaboration with the MCAA WiMi initiative. This initiative was designed to help women in the mechanical industry advance their careers through networking, education, mentoring, and professional development opportunities. It offers a platform to build lasting connections and foster a supportive community of like-minded professionals. Participants can share experiences, collaborate on challenges, and develop strategies for success.
