Company Summary: Christenson Investment Partners was founded in 2004 with the objective of finding the best investment managers it can work with in an asset class and to assist these managers in marketing and servicing new relationship opportunities so their primary focus remains on producing good results for their clients. Our mission is to represent high quality investment products with honesty, integrity, and trust.  With over 14 years in business, Christenson Investment Partners has helped clients hire over 300 investment mandates representing nearly $8.0 billion in assets. Our relationships include Taft-Hartley, public and corporate pension plans, endowments, and foundations.



What value can your company bring to M&SCA Contractors?: The investment managers that Christenson Investment Partners’ represent work with various types of employee benefit funds which several M&SCA members serve as Trustees. Our goal is to help the Board of Trustees place highly qualified investment managers to manage a portion of their benefit funds to help the fund’s achieve their investment objectives and pay their benefits to participants.
 
How has being an Allied Member helped your business?: Through conversations with other Allied Members, we are better able to understand the needs of the members and how important it is for retirement and other benefit funds to achieve expected and suitable investment returns and to discern what investment products best meet the needs of these benefit funds.
 
 
Fun Fact: The founder of the company, Larry Christenson, pitched for the Philadelphia Phillies and was a member of the 1980 World Series Championship team. He still maintains close ties to the Phillies and aids in raising money for many charitable causes.
