Tim Brink
Executive Vice President

Mr. Brink has been part of the mechanical and plumbing industry for almost 30 years. His career began at C.H. Stone Plumbing Co. in Southern California, where he served as Chief Executive Officer.

In 2007, Tim left C.H. Stone to become the Executive Vice President of the M&SCA in Plymouth Meeting, PA. In this role, Tim handles labor relations with Local Unions 420 and 690 and oversees day to day operations of the MCA and SCA, including scheduling educational classes, setting up committee meetings, and monitoring industry issues.

Nationally, Tim is a former member of the MCAA National Board of Directors (2003-2006), is a current member of the AEC Executive Committee, serves as Treasurer of MCAA’s MCERF (Mechanical Contractors Education Research Foundation), is a board member of PCA, serves as MCAA’s representative on IAPMO’s Standards Council, is a member of MCAA’s PMEC Committee and teaches at MCAA’s Institute for Project Management in Austin, TX.

Tim holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce/Marketing degree from Santa Clara University and is a graduate of MCAA’s Advanced Leadership Institute. Tim currently resides in Fort Washington, PA with his wife Amy and three sons.

Amy Brink
Meeting & Event Coordinator

Amy is a graduate of Santa Clara University where she earned a degree in Early Childhood Education.  She taught kindergarten and first grade until her own children were born.

 Amy now plans meetings and events for M&SCA and provides assistance in the office. She is also the staff photographer.

In her spare time, Amy enjoys spending time with her husband, Tim and their three sons. 

Maryetta Delahanty
Executive Assistant/Accountant

Maryetta joined the M&SCA in December 2012 as an Administrative Assistant. Maryetta brings her extensive experience in the construction and real estate industries including finance, administrative management and sales. Maryetta is also a NJ licensed Realtor.

Prior to joining the M&SCA, Maryetta resided in Wildwood Crest, NJ where she worked in residential real estate and construction and served on the Cape May County Board of Realtors’ Ethics/Grievance Committee from 2005 – 2011.


Catie Scott

Catie joins M&SCA after having spent nearly 3 years as the Political Director for the Montgomery County Republican Party. Catie resides in Conshohocken and is a 2013 graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Business and Economics.
